Ian Edmonson has spent nearly 40 years on Florida's Atlantic coast, and the ocean has shaped both his life and his work. His maritime career began at nineteen with his first position in the Bahamas, and he's been on the water ever since.

Ian holds a USCG 100-Ton Master license with a sailing endorsement, along with STCW certification. He provides professional captain services including vessel deliveries, sea trials, and thorough owner familiarization covering every system and procedure aboard, so owners can run their boats safely and with confidence.

What sets Ian apart is the business experience behind the helm. Over a 25-year real estate career, he built and ran his own company and spent a decade managing 40,000 square feet of office and retail space with more than 30 tenants for an absentee owner, overseeing staff, vendors, budgets, and capital projects. His peers elected him President of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of Realtors, the culmination of years of leadership at the local and state levels.
