We understand plans change. Here's how cancellations work for private charters with Sandbar Yacht Adventures.

Booking fee: Every charter includes a 10% booking fee, charged at the time of booking. The booking fee is non-refundable.

Guest cancellations

• More than 15 days before your charter: Full refund of the charter fee.
• 15 days to 48 hours before your charter: 50% refund of the charter fee.
• Within 48 hours of your charter: Non-refundable.

Catering: Catering is ordered one to two days before your charter. Once your order is placed, the catering cost is non-refundable. If your charter is canceled for any reason, we'll have your food delivered to you.

Weather: Your safety comes first. Weather decisions are made by the captain on the day of your charter. If the captain cancels due to bad weather or unsafe conditions, you may reschedule with a rain check, and your booking fee carries over to the new date at no extra charge. Or you may choose a full refund of the charter fee, less the non-refundable booking fee.
